It seems like when one of these album pics locks you out, you can't get anything to paste into place! I have been careful not to try and copy pics with a transparent overlay, etc. In regard to picking up images on Google, usually the first image is the best much of the time, but I have thought of what you mentioned, something in that particular pic that would keep it from posting, so what do I do, I go to MANY of the pics and try them, and they do not work either, even the most obscure pic won't post. Thanks for the responses, let me offer a bit more detail in response to both Vidiot and Ham Sandwich. When it times-out you'll have to go to PonoMusic and download a new version. PonoMusic World does have a time-out embedded. See if PonoMusic World has the same problem. On the right will be a download link for PonoMusic World. Go to the PonoMusic web site and scroll down about two-thirds of the way down. PonoMusic World is free from the Pono web site. PonoMusic World is developed by JRiver and is a stripped down version of JRiver Media Center version 20. If the image won't download with your regular web browser then JRiver Jukebox isn't going to be able to do any better.Īnother option would be to try using PonoMusic World. Then copy and paste that downloaded image into JRiver Jukebox. Try grabbing the image using your regular web browser and saving the image to your My Documents folder or other local folder. It's possible that the methods Jukebox 14 is using to grab images is no longer valid. The Google search API has changed since Jukebox 14 was released. Make sure you're not dealing with an image on a site that attempts to protect the images like that. They'll do tricks like displaying the image as a background image with a transparent overlay on top, or implement javascript protections that attempt to prevent copying the image, and other means to attempt to protect an image. Some sites also attempt to protect images from being easily copied. So make sure you're linking to an actual image. Some links take you to redirects and other obfuscating things that aren't the actual direct link to an image. Not all images in the google image search will take you directly to the image. There's a bunch of things that could cause that problem. Can anyone shed some light on this situation. Surely someone out there knows why, once an image is captured using the COPY function and you immediately try to PASTE it to the album, and it will NOT take any image and stays blank, what in the HECK is wrong? I have a nice brand new computer, just downloaded Media Jukebox 14 and I had this SAME problem with my older computer and it's still a damn problem. I then go back to Jukebox 14 and click on the album and hit PASTE, which on about 78% works perfectly, however, there are a few that just will NOT accept a picture, and the album stays blank with no artwork, it won't PASTE, it won't let me store the album picture in MY DOCUMENTS and come back and get it, some of the albums just will NOT let me post any artwork, and I can't figure this out, and I have tried and tried. Ok, when I want to paste album artwork to a specific album, I simply go to Google, find the album under Images, I hit COPY, which stores the image. I have asked about this before, but no one can give me a simple answer, heck, there might not be a simple answer. I attached the sample file (in the "before" state). There has just got to be a simple answer to this question as I know thousands of people enjoy all the cool stuff on the FREE Media Jukebox 14 by J River.
